The Delhi Police on Monday issued a lookout notice against businessman Navneet Kalra within the alleged black advertising and marketing and oxygen cylinder hoarding case, information company ANI reported. The value of 1 oxygen concentrator was between Rs 16,000 to Rs 22,000. Some of them had a capability of 5 litres and a few of 9 litres. The accused had been promoting the machines between Rs 50,000, to 70,000, police had stated.
