A full-blown warfare of phrases broke out between the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday with each accusing one another of ‘deceptive’ folks over Covid vaccine availability in Delhi. The BJP slammed Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for spending crores on ads and crying foul over shortage of Covid vaccine doses.
Addressing a digital press convention, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra cited a RTI reply to say that the Kejriwal authorities has spent round Rs 805 crore on ads since 2015 however not opened a single new hospital within the metropolis.
He has been making day by day appearances on the TV, “misleading” folks and “lying”, Patra stated, attacking the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief.

‘Lies and deception’: Manish Sisodia hits again
Responding to Sambit Patra’s cost, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia claimed that the BJP authorities on the Centre has allowed solely 3.5 lakh doses of coronavirus vaccine for the nationwide capital in May despite the fact that the AAP dispensation had positioned orders for 1.34 crore doses with producers.
The BJP is practising politics of ‘lies and deception’ and falsely accusing the Delhi authorities of ordering 5.5 lakh vaccine doses solely, he charged.
