The Israeli army says it has killed a number of senior Hamas militant commanders in airstrikes in Gaza and Khan Younis. The military launched a press release on Wednesday, saying that it carried out a fancy and first-of-its-kind operation. Those focused, it mentioned, have been a key a part of the Hamas General Staff’ and thought of near the top of the group’s army wing.
Hamas had no remark.
