A complete of 500 Covishield vials have been reported missing from a authorities hospital in Hyderabad, police mentioned on Friday. The medical superintendent of the hospital at Kondapur has lodged a criticism that fifty bins containing 500 Covishield vaccines have gone missing, the police mentioned.
The bins had been discovered missing when the superintendent requested one of his colleagues to examine the inventory on May 19, they mentioned.
While analyzing CCTV footage, the police mentioned they noticed one of the hospital employees suspiciously shifting within the refrigerated room.
