Veteran Music Composer Raamlaxman Dies at 79 in Nagpur

Veteran music composer Vijay Patil, higher generally known as ‘Raamlaxman’, handed away in the wee hours of Saturday in Nagpur after a quick sickness. He was 79. He breathed his final at round 1 am, in keeping with Nagpur Today. The music composer was residing together with his son in town. His final rites might be carried out at the moment at 12 pm.

Marathi actor-filmmaker Dada Kondke first signed him up as music composer for his movie “Pandu Havaldar” in 1974. Patil then composed music for a number of different movies produced by Kondke, together with ‘Tumcha Amcha jamla’, ‘Ram Ram Gangaram’ and ‘Bot Lavil Tithe Gudgulya’.

He turned “Laxman” of the composer duo ‘Raam-Laxman’, nevertheless, even after the demise of his accomplice Ram, he continued to compose music underneath the identical title. He composed music for a number of Hindi movies together with ‘Agent Vinod’, ‘Tarana’, ‘Hum Se Badhkar Kaun’, ‘Hum Aapke Hai Kaun’, ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai’, ‘100 Days’ and ‘Anmol’.
