New Delhi: The Tamil Nadu authorities on Saturday (May 22) prolonged the total lockdown until May 31 whereas concurrently placing stricter curbs so as to quell the rising COVID-19 instances.
From Monday, for these making inter-district motion for legitimate medical causes or to attend a funeral, e-registration is necessary. While for journey inside district for medical function, an e-pass isn’t required. People travelling to Tamil Nadu in the course of the lockdown may also require an e-pass.
Check out the steps under to apply for e-pass:
1. Visit the official website- https://eregister.tnega.org/#/user/pass- to apply for an e-pass.
2. Register your self on the portal.
3. After submitting the OTP obtained, choose the kind of e-pass required.
4. Fill within the needed particulars together with your title, deal with (house and vacation spot), vary of journey (inter-district/inter-state), length of journey, variety of passengers, car particulars, ID proof, cause for journey and so forth.
5. Submit the required paperwork for travelling. After filling all particulars, submit the paperwork and ID proof mainly Aadhar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, deal with proof, car license and employment ID to avail the e-pass.
Meanwhile, as per an official authorities launch, personal and authorities buses for lengthy distances will probably be operated on Saturday (May 22) and Sunday (May 23) to facilitate inter-district journey.
