Murder case: Wrestler Sushil Kumar to appear in court via video conferencing

Two-time Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar, who was arrested in reference to the Chhatrasal Stadium brawl case that led to the loss of life of wrestler, appear earlier than a court via video conferencing.

Kumar (38) and his affiliate Ajay, alias Sunil, (48) have been arrested from Mundka as we speak. 

The case relates to the May 4 incident on the stadium in which wrestler Sagar Rana died and two of his mates, Sonu and Amit Kumar, have been injured after they have been allegedly assaulted by Sushil Kumar and different wrestlers.

Another reward of Rs 50,000 was introduced for Ajay Kumar’s arrest.

Earlier, a Delhi Court had refused to grant anticipatory bail to the Olympic medallist, saying he was prima facie the primary conspirator and allegations towards him have been critical in nature.

Non-bailable warrants have been issued towards him and 6 others. This got here days after a lookout discover was issued towards the wrestler.
