A photo of two-time Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar, who’s at the moment underneath Delhi Police’s custody for his alleged involvement in the homicide of 23-year-old Sagar Rana, is doing rounds on the web.

In the photo, which is barely grainy, the prime suspect in the case Sushil alongside with his associates are seen hitting the sufferer with sticks.  

It is being reported that the visible is from the night time of May 4-5, when Sushil alongside with associates kidnapped the sufferer and introduced him to New Delhi’s Chhatrasal Stadium. After which the accused launched a brutal assault on Sagar and his associates, which resulted in the previous’s loss of life.

What do we all know to date?

It has been reported that Sushil alongside with his associates had been concerned in a lethal brawl with the sufferer and his associates over a property dispute. 

Following the incident, an FIR was lodged towards the Olympic champion, who after initially denying his involvment from the crime, went lacking. 

After an operation to nab the wrestler, which went for nearly two weeks, Sushil was lastly pinned by the Delhi Police on Sunday morning. 

Sushil Kumar gained a bronze medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and a silver medal in the 2012 London Olympics.

Meanwhile, 4 associates of the Olympic medallist had been arrested by the police on Tuesday night time. The accused have been recognized as Bhupender (38), Mohit (22), Gulab (24), residents of Haryana’s Jhajjar district and Manjeet (29), a local of Rohtak district, the police mentioned. 

The arrested are energetic members of the Kala Asauda and Neeraj Bawana gangs and had been nabbed from Delhi’s Kanjhawala space. The arrests had been made by the staff of Special Staff of Rohini district of the Delhi Police on a tip off.  

Sushil has gained a bronze medal on the 2008 Beijing Olympics and went on to bag a silver on the 2012 London Olympics.
