At least 5 individuals have been killed in West Bengal on Thursday in separate incidents of lightning strike and electrocution, an official of the
catastrophe administration division mentioned.
Three folks – two teenage boys in Murshidabad district’s Hariharpara and one other individual in Nakashipara in Nadia district – died after being struck by lightning, he mentioned.
In Purba Medinipur’s Nandigram, two younger boys have been electrocuted to demise, the official mentioned.
