Asserting that the federal government wouldn’t tolerate such issues, Karnataka Kannada and Culture Minister Aravind Limbavali known as it a matter of Kannadigas’ self-pride and demanded an apology from Amazon Canada.

Former chief minister and Janata Dal (Secular) chief H D Kumaraswamy on his half dubbed it to be an insult and demanded that Amazon ought to apologise to Kannadigas.
