Hyderabad: Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), together with WiSig, in the present day introduced ‘Koala’ an NB-IoT SoC (Narrowband Internet-of-Things System-on-Chip). NB-IoT is a 5G large Machine-Type-Communication (MTC) know-how that permits low-bit fee IoT applications with long-range and machine battery life up to 10 years.
