New Delhi: Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday (March 1, 2023) attacked the Narendra Modi-led authorities after the LPG cylinder costs had been hiked and requested how will the general public now make the Holi dishes. The charges of economic LPG cylinders in Delhi, Kolkata, and different cities had been hiked by Rs 350.50 per unit on Wednesday, whereas the costs of home LPG cylinders elevated by Rs 50 per unit.
“The price of domestic cooking gas cylinder increased by Rs 50. The commercial gas cylinder has become expensive by Rs 350. Now how to make Holi dishes, how long will these loot continue?,” Kharge mentioned in a tweet in Hindi.
As per the revised charges, business LPG cylinders will now value Rs 2,119.50 per unit in Delhi. The value of home LPG cylinders will probably be Rs 1,103 per unit within the nationwide capital.
This is the second hike in business LPG cylinder costs this yr.Â
Earlier, on January 1, business cylinder costs had been elevated by Rs 25 per unit.
