An Ahmedabad-Dubai flight Spicejet (SG-15) was diverted to Pakistan late on Tuesday as a result of a medical emergency onboard. However, the flight has landed safely in Karachi.
In the same incident on October 15, an Amritsar-bound Air India flight was diverted to Karachi following a medical emergency on the airplane.
Speaking concerning the incident, an Air India Express spokesperson stated {that a} visitor on board the Dubai-Amritsar flight had a sudden medical complication inflight on October 14 and the crew opted to divert to Karachi, because it was the closest location to offer rapid medical help.
