The remaining competitors-associated approval for Air India-Vistara merger coming in from the Singapore regulator will now permit each airways to share detailed data to optimise their schedules and contracts, Air India chief Campbell Wilson stated on Friday.

On March 5, the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) granted conditional approval for the deal after accepting sure commitments from Air India, Singapore Airlines and Vistara to tackle doable anti-competitors issues.
In a message to workers on Friday, Air India Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Campbell Wilson stated the CCCS nod enhances the approval granted by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) six months in the past for the proposed merger.
