Amitabh Bachchan Recites Father’s Poem to Encourage COVID Warriors

Amitabh Bachchan on Tuesday took to social media to encourage Covid warriors at a time when India is preventing the lethal second wave of the virus. In a video he tweeted, Big B recites a Hindi poem penned by his father, the late poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan.

The poem encourages an individual to by no means quit throughout a battle, to combat with all their energy and to by no means bow down or cease halfway.

After reciting the poem, Bachchan says within the video: “These phrases, written by my father Dr Harivansh Rai Bachchan, are a clarion name that reminds us to by no means quit.
