New Delhi: Ghazipur District Magistrate had a heated argument with Afzal Ansari, brother of gangster-turned-politician Mukhtar who died on Thursday as a result of a coronary heart assault. The argument between Ansari and Ghazipur DM Aryaka Akhoury broke out over the last rites of the Mukhtar allegedly over the query of who may enter the burial floor.

When the DM cited the prohibitory orders imposed within the district and requested if any permission had been searched for it, Ansari replied, “You cannot stop anyone from participating in a burial despite Section 144 (of CRPC).”
The DM mentioned the funeral was being videographed and authorized motion shall be taken.
The native administration made elaborate safety preparations outdoors Ansari’s residence and the burial floor.
