Devaki Ashwin Muthiah, daughter of founder and chairman of AM International Ashwin Muthiah, has been inducted into the board of AM UK Holdings Ltd., and AM International Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Singapore.

According to him, Ms. Devaki’s induction into the board would serve a number of objectives, management range, skilled future-readiness and household succession.
She is the primary of the group’s fourth era management to hitch the corporate. In her current function, she is going to drive the group’s strategic progress plan throughout India, Singapore and the U.Ok. to make them future-ready.
Apart from operating day-to-day operations, she is going to assist in charting strategic progress, Mr. Muthiah mentioned.
Ms. Devaki additionally serves on the board of Manali Petrochemicals and U.Ok.-based subsidiaries Penn Global Ltd. and Notedome Ltd.
