The election season has begun with 5 states going to polls in November. The voting was held in Mizoram and 20 seats going to polls first part of Chhattisgarh on November 7.

Rajasthan and Telangana are set to go to polls on November 25 and November 30 respectively. The outcomes for the 5 states shall be declared on December 3.
Documents Required for Voting
An individual whose title is on the electoral roll of a specific meeting constituency can vote within the elections.
- Voter ID
- Driving license
- Passport
- Aadhar card
- PAN card
- MNREGA job card
- Smart card issued by RGI beneath NPR
- Passbook with {a photograph} issued by a state financial institution or publish workplace
- Service identification playing cards with images issued to workers by central/state govt./PSU/public restricted firm
- Pension doc with {photograph}
