Bengal minister Jakir Hossain injured in bomb attack, says police.
West Bengal minister Jakir Hossain was injured in a bomb attack, police informed on Wednesday. The minister was rushed to a hospital and being treated.
As per initial reports, the minister was attacked by unknown miscreants using the crude bomb.
The attack took place in Murshidabad’s Raghunathgunj area. Hossain was rushed to Jangipur sub-division hospital and is said to be in a critical condition. More to follow.
