Islamabad, May 12 (PTI) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday barred authorities from arresting former Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan until Wednesday in any new case filed after May 9, minutes after granting him a two-week protecting bail in a corruption case. A division bench comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz heard the Al-Qadir belief corruption case towards Khan, a day after the Supreme Court termed his arrest from the IHC premises on Tuesday as ‘invalid and illegal’. Hearing a separate petition, the court docket granted him bail in all instances filed after May 9. The bail might be legitimate until May 17. Khan had filed a petition to offer him with particulars of all instances filed towards him with the request for bail in these instances.
Khan within the petition had advised the court docket that he was not conscious of the violence however instances had been registered. While granting bail, Justice Aurangzeb additionally remarked that ought to condemn all of the incidents of violence within the wake of his arrest.

Meanwhile, Interior Minister Rana (*17*) mentioned that the federal government would honour the court docket orders and wouldn’t arrest Khan within the instances he had secured bail from the court docket. Khan, 70, who was arrested from the premises of the IHC on Tuesday was earlier granted 15-day protecting bail by the two-member particular division bench.
