Binny Bansal, the co-founder of Flipkart, has formally resigned from the board of the e-commerce big after lately promoting his remaining stake within the startup. His departure follows earlier reviews indicating his intention to re-enter the e-commerce area, following within the footsteps of his co-founder, Sachin Bansal, who left Flipkart just a few years in the past to pursue a fintech enterprise referred to as Navi.
