Mumbai: Ahead of the Kasba Peth and Chinchwad meeting by-polls in Pune district, Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar on Friday stated the Bharatiya Janata Party provides a communal coloration to the political discourse when it’s not assured of successful.
