New Delhi: Almost a yr after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic which noticed a number of lockdowns, Bharatiya Janata Party is holding a meeting of its parliamentary party on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is chairing the BJP Parliamentary Board Meeting which is being held within the Parliament’s complicated. Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman, EAM Dr S Jaishankar, and Prahlad Patel have reached Parliament to take part in BJP parliamentary party meeting.

BJP MPs of each homes are attending the meeting at GMC Balyogi Auditorium within the Parliament Library constructing. The meeting is going down after nearly a yr because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The second a part of the Budget Session of Parliament commenced on Monday with all COVID-19 precautionary measures in place.

The resolution to revise the timing of each Houses was introduced on Monday. Both Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha had been working below curtailed hours of timing and social distancing norms amid COVID-19 induced norms

“The BJP MPs will sit collectively in a single corridor and get the chance to take heed to our widespread chief Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Parliamentary party meeting was suspended. But now, the meeting goes to be held once more,” a BJP chief had stated earlier.

The BJP chief stated that Prime Minister Modi has earned reward in the best way he has dealt with the scenario created by COVID-19. 

A weekly meeting was earlier held of BJP Parliamentary party through the session.
