General Secretary of BJP Surat Kishor Bindal who tweeted this video captioned it as a BJP employee serving to a Covid-19 affected person, he deleted the tweet later. Nevertheless, the video together with the tweet screenshot and the now-deleted hyperlink has been broadly shared on social media.
