New Delhi: Delhi Police Special cell is conducting searches within the workplaces of Twitter India in Delhi’s Lado Sarai and Gurugram.
Earlier, the Special cell was seen conducting searches at Twitter India’s TEC Qutab workplace at Crescent Building in Lado Sarai Mehrauli, Delhi. More particulars are awaited concerning the identical.
Before this, Delhi Police despatched a discover to Twitter demanding an evidence for including the ‘manipulated media’ tag to tweets by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders on the alleged Congress ‘toolkit’.

The Indian authorities had earlier objected to Twitter for flagging BJP leaders’ tweet on alleged Congress toolkit to focus on Centre over its Covid-19 dealing with as ‘manipulated media’.
