BREAKING | Two extra Opposition MPs from Lok Sabha together with Thomas Chazhikadan and AM Ariff, have been suspended for the rest of Winter Session for misconduct within the House. A complete of 143 MPs from each Lower and House have been suspended for inappropriate behaviour.
Advocate AM Ariff is a Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader. He gained the Alappuzha constituency within the 2019 Lok Sabha Election by defeating Congress candidate Advocate Shanimol Osman with a margin of 10,474 votes.
Thomas Chazhikadan is a Kerala Congress (Mani) leader. He gained the Kottayam constituency within the 2019 Lok Sabha Election by defeating Communist Party of India (Marxist) candidate VN Vasavan with a margin of 1,06,259 votes.
