Bulk Deal: LTS Investment Fund picks more stake in pharma major Evexia Lifecare

Evexia Lifecare shares are in give attention to the again of a bulk deal. According to BSE knowledge, LTS Investment Fund has added further shares of the corporate in a bulk deal on Tuesday. 

The fund purchased as many as 40 lakh shares of the corporate which is a number one producer of pharma and agricultural chemical substances. The transaction was executed at Rs 2.69 per share, BSE knowledge confirmed.

The comes shut on the heels of the fund selecting 55 lakh shares of the corporate earlier this month at a mean worth of Rs 2.45.

Meanwhile, shares of Evexia Lifecare on Wednesday locked in the higher circuit on the BSE. The inventory has appreciated 44 per cent in the final one month and 55 per cent in six months interval. It has rallied an enormous 81 per cent in 2023 up to now, in response to BSE knowledge.

Evexia Lifecare had in May final 12 months cut up its fairness shares having a nominal worth of Rs 2 every. After the sub-division, the face worth of every share grew to become Re 1. In 2021 as nicely, the corporate had cut up its fairness shares having a face worth of Rs 10 every. The sub-division had taken place in 5:1 ratio. Back in 2015, the corporate had issued bonus share to its buyers in the ratio of 1:3.

According to shareholding sample in NSE, promoters have 9.87 per cent stake in the corporate whereas public and FIIs have 83.08 per cent and 6.79 per cent ownerships, respectively.

Evexia Lifecare manufactures varied petrochemical downstream merchandise, equivalent to particular oils, particular chemical substances, petroleum sulphates and solvents for industrial functions, equivalent to rubber, leather-based, ink and paint industries. Its merchandise embrace edible oil, pharma intermediates, plastic granule, chemical substances, and gold and diamond. The firm has a market cap of Rs 189 crore.
