Citizenship Amendment Act:  The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019, which got here into impact on Monday, will not be implemented in most tribal areas throughout Northeastern states, together with these designated with particular standing beneath the sixth Schedule of the Constitution.

Key provisions of CAA guidelines
