The panel is probing BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s allegations that Moitra accepted bribes and favours for asking questions in Lok Sabha on the behest of businessman Hiranandani. On Thursday, Dubey, and advocate Jai Anant Dehadrai gave ”oral proof” to the panel in opposition to the Trinamool Congress MP.
Moitra has stated she needs to be given ”a good listening to and an enough alternative to defend myself in opposition to the false, malicious and defamatory accusations levelled in opposition to me by Shri Dubey and Shri Dehadrai”.
