Kedarnath Yatra update: Fresh snowfall hit Uttarakhand’s Kedarnath at this time (May 14) with police interesting to pilgrims coming to go to the temple to plan their journeys in accordance with weather forecasts.

Superintendent of Police (Rudraprayag) Vishakha Ashok Bhadane launched a clip from Kedarnath that confirmed snow falling over the Himalayan temple.
In the video, Bhadane urged the devotees to proceed on their journeys solely after taking weather updates and urged them to hold umbrellas, raincoats and important medicines. Kedarnath and Badrinath have obtained frequent snow in May in what’s an uncommon weather phenomenon.
However, the snowfall has failed to discourage the pilgrims from visiting the revered shrines. The two temples have obtained greater than 4 lakh pilgrims in lower than a month for the reason that starting of the Char Dham Yatra.
Kedarnath opened for devotees on April 25 and Badrinath on April 27.
