Bhilai: A 21-year-old National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) aspirant allegedly died by suicide by hanging himself a day before the examination in Chhattisgarh’s Bhilai metropolis, police stated on Sunday. The NEET aspirant has been recognized as Prabhat Kumar Singh, a native of Bemetara district.
According to the police, the incident happened on the sufferer’s rented lodging in the Pragati Nagar space beneath Newai police station limits on Saturday. Singh had been making ready for the NEET exam at a native teaching institute since September final 12 months.
The police haven’t recovered the suicide word from Singh’s room. However, prima facie, plainly he might have taken the intense step as a result of stress in regards to the examination, the official stated. The National Entrance cum Eligibility Test (NEET) is scheduled for Sunday (May 8).
