Lok Sabha elections 2024: The Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will hold a joint press convention at present in Delhi and will announce their alliance affirmation and seat-sharing for Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana and Chandigarh.
Both the events are a part of the opposition’s I.N.D.I.A bloc. Congress has already introduced seat-sharing with Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh.Â
According to sources, the Aam Aadmi Party could contest elections on 4 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi whereas Congress could battle on three.Â
In Gujarat, the seat-sharing has not been finalised thus far due to Bharuch seat as stories say Congress doesn’t need to surrender this seat for AAP. The Bharuch parliamentary seat has as soon as remained a Congress stronghold due to late chief Ahamd Patel.  Â
