New Delhi: Suspended Congress chief Nilesh Kumbhani reappeared after 20 days of going incommunicado as his nomination for the Surat Lok Sabha seat was rejected as a consequence of discrepancies resulting in a BJP candidate profitable unopposed from the constituency.
