Karnataka Congress MLA Rizwan Arshad on Wednesday slammed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Tejasvi Surya for allegedly giving a communal angle to the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) mattress rip-off.
