The transfer accredited by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge is a component of the celebration’s strategic plan for efficient campaigning and coordination in key constituencies. The states embrace Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, North Eastern states, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat amongst others.
