COVID-19: Now Madhya Pradesh imposes night curfew in urban areas, govt offices to operate for five days every week

New Delhi: In view of the rising COVID-19 instances, Madhya Pradesh has determined to impose a night curfew in urban areas and can operate the federal government offices for five days every week.

While the night curfew will come in place from April 8 from 10 PM until 6 AM, the federal government offices will operate for five days for the following three months, introduced Madhya Pradesh CMO. 

The authorities has additionally introduced a lockdown in urban areas of all districts every Sunday until additional orders, and a lockdown in the complete Chhindwara district for the following seven days starting from 8 pm on Thursday.

The selections have been taken in a high-level assembly chaired by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

The state had earlier introduced the short-term suspension of bus operations with Chhattisgarh until April 15.

Madhya Pradesh witnessed 4,043 new COVID-19 instances on Wednesday, which took the state’s whole COVID-19 tally to 3,18,014, of which, 26,059 are energetic instances. 

Since March 31, Madhya Pradesh has recorded 22,503 recent COVID-19 instances together with 100 fatalities. The state has up to now seen 4,086 deaths and a couple of,87,869 recoveries.
