Hours after Kannada movie director, Guruprasad, lashed out at Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa, famous Kannada music director, comic and director, Sadhu Kokila, on Monday appealed to most people to be very vigilant concerning the Covid-19 pandemic and observe the security protocols.
While explaining his ordeal to acquire a cylinder of oxygen for his brother’s son, Kokila received emotional and informed reporters that he might think about the plight of a typical man who’s struggling on the market to get remedy for his or her kith and kin within the worst instances of pandemic.
“Being a celebrity, I had to run from pillar to post just to arrange a single cylinder of oxygen for my brother’s son, who had tested Covid positive. It was a horrible experience,” he rued.
He added that folks mustn’t take the pandemic evenly.
“Whatever is coming in the media is absolutely true. There is shortage of oxygen, medicines, beds and even one has to wait for long hours to cremate or bury the dead ones. This is truly disastrous,” he rued.
Kokila informed reporters on the sidelines of the ‘Muhurat’ of the Kannada movie ‘Lagaam’ that although his brother’s son has recovered now, he can’t neglect the ordeal which he went by way of.
On the work entrance, Kokila was final seen within the movie ‘Drona’ which starred Shiva Rajkumar within the lead function. The final movie for which he had composed music was ‘Masti Gudi”.
