The Indian Army has mobilised two field hospitals from the North East to Patna to help the Bihar authorities in preventing escalating circumstances of COVID-19 within the state, navy officers stated on Thursday.
They stated the assorted elements of the field hospitals have been introduced to Patna by air.

The sources stated medical officers and different help workers of the 2 hospitals will probably be utilised to arrange a 500-bed hospital at Patna.
The hospital may have 100 ICU (intensive care unit) beds, information company ANI reported.
“In order to make up the strength of medical staff at the hospital, additional specialists, medical officers, nursing staff as well as trained infantry battlefield nursing assistants are being moved by air over the next two days,” stated an official.
