Raipur: The National Students Union of India (NSUI), the Congress Party’s college students’ wing, has registered an FIR towards Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Sambit Patra and former Chhattisgarh chief minister Dr Raman Singh within the toolkit matter in Raipur.
The FIR has been registered underneath Sections 504, 505 (1) BC, 469 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
“An F.I.R. has been lodged by @NSUICG against the false propaganda of @sambitswaraj & @drramansingh. Even in this time of pandemic, BJP is catering only aim ‘Save Modi’s image by Spreading Lies , But BJP is ok if the nation dies ‘ . They are only bothered about their ‘Fake Image’,” NSUI President Neeraj Kundan tweeted.

This comes a number of BJP leaders earlier on Tuesday shared an alleged “Congress tookit” and alleged that the grand previous celebration was attempting to smear Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India.
