New Delhi: Attacking the Uttar Pradesh authorities and State Election Commission (SEC) for conducting Panchayat polls amid large COVID-19 surge, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Saturday (May 1) termed it a ‘crime against humanity’.
