Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday chaired a high-level meeting with Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in Bhubaneswar to assess the harm brought on by Cyclone Yaas. The cyclone left a path of devastation within the coastal state, killing not less than 4.
After the meeting, the Prime Minister will undertake an aerial survey of the affected areas of Bhadrak and Balasore districts. Thereafter, he’ll proceed to East Medinipur in West Bengal for an aerial survey.
