NEW DELHI: The Dalai Lama, the religious head of Tibetans, has supplied an apology after outrage over a video of him kissing a toddler on the lips and asking him to “suck his tongue” went viral. In an official assertion, the Buddhist religious chief stated he was sorry for the damage his phrases might need brought about to the inor and his household. His workplace, which issued the apology, stated, “The Dalai Lama often teases people he meets in an innocent and playful way”.

His Holiness wishes to apologise to the boy and his family, as well as his many friends across the world, for the hurt his words may have caused.
