New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority performed the draw for allotment of flats underneath the DDA Housing Scheme 2021 on March 10. The draw, primarily based on a random number-generation system, was performed for over 33,000 functions that had been submitted until February 16, the final date for the scheme that was launched on January 2 with 1,354 flats on supply.

These flats are on supply underneath the scheme for numerous classes at areas equivalent to Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.

Of the 1,354 flats on supply, the most costly ones are price Rs 2.14 crore within the high-income group (HIG) class.

The most quantity of 757 flats have been supplied within the middle-income group (MIG) class.

In HIG, low-income group (LIG) and economically weaker part (EWS)/janta classes, the quantity of flats on supply are – 254; 52 and 291, in accordance with the data shared within the brochure of the scheme.

HIG flats can be found in three bedrooms, corridor and kitchen (BHK) and two BHK classes; whereas MIG ones are within the two BHK class.

The scheme is totally on-line, achieved by way of newly-developed AWAAS software program of the DDA from processing of utility to possession of flats.

DDA accepted functions until February 16, for the 2021 housing scheme, whereas the lottery draw of the housing scheme was held on March 10.

Refund Date can be made after 30 days of lottery draw whereas possession letter can be given after allocation and first fee.
