New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh held talks with visiting US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin on Saturday (March 20, 2021) agreeing to pursue enhanced cooperation between the militaries of India, the US Indo-Pacific Command, Central Command and Africa Command.

Further, the 2 nations resolved to expand their international defence and safety cooperation together with military-to-military engagement, data sharing, logistics assist as each side vowed to work for a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific, the press notice launched by the PIB talked about.
