The Arvind Kejriwal-led authorities has lodged an FIR in opposition to 4 airways — Indigo, Vistara, SpiceJet and Air Asia. The grievance has been registered as per the Disaster Management Act (DDMA), 2005.

The Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi authorities in its grievance alleged that in an order on April 10, it had introduced a contemporary set of restrictions as per which, it was necessary for anybody travelling to Delhi from Maharashtra to hold a damaging RT-PCR report dated 72 hours previous to arrival. According to the order, the rules are to be in impact until April 30.

Meanwhile, information company ANI has quoted police officers stating that the Delhi police haven’t registered FIR on the grievance of Delhi govt in opposition to 4 airways. Police are in search of authorized opinion on the matter.
