Delhi Liquor Policy case: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday arrested two businessmen belonging to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana within the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22 cash laundering case, sources stated.

Out of the two arrested, considered one of them is Sharath Reddy, head of Hyderabad-based Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, whereas Vinay Babu is an officer of Pernod Ricard Liquor Company.

The CBI has made Sisodia accused primary in its FIR. The FIR has been lodged beneath sections 120-B (Criminal Conspiracy) and 477-A (Falsification of accounts) of the IPC.
