Delhi Police Arrests Tutor For Giving Injections To Students To Improve Memory

Delhi Police arrested a 20-year-old tutor, who was injecting his students with NS (normal saline) solution, to improve their memory.

The accused tutor, Sandeep Mathur used to give free tuition to children of classes 6 to 9 in Mandavali area of East Delhi. The accused watched a video on YouTube and then decided to inject his students with Saline to speed up their memory.

The matter was revealed when a one of student’s parents saw their child taking injection at home and then made a phone call to inform police that a tution teacher in Mandavali area was administering NS solution to his students through injections.

After receiving the information, police visited the spot and questioned Sandeep. Sandeep told police that he saw a video on YouTube that showed Saline can be injected to improve children’s memory.

However, the Mandawali police station is further investigating to find out any other possible motive behind it. Police have registered a case under Section 336 (Negligence Act Endangering Human Life) against 20-year-old Sandeep at Mandavali police station.

“Sandeep said that he saw on YouTube that the memory of the children improves if NS solution is administered to them. An FIR has been registered in Mandawali police station,” said Deepak Yadav, DCP East Delhi.
