Despite FIRs, Akali Dal to Hold Dharna Outside Punjab CM’s Residence Over Vaccine Scam

Upping the ante over the alleged vaccine and Fateh Kit scams, the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) has introduced that it could maintain a ‘dharna’ on the official residence of Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh on June 15 searching for dismissal of Health Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu. They additionally demanded a CBI probe.

This comes just some days after the Punjab police filed circumstances towards SAD and AAP leaders for holding dharnas in alleged violation of Covid pointers.

SAD spokesman Dr Daljit Singh Cheema mentioned, Sukhbir Singh Badal would lead the symbolic ‘dharna’ on the residence of the chief minister and that it could be attended by the social gathering’s senior management together with core committee and PAC members, legislators, former legislators, the constituency in cost, district presidents and youth workplace bearers.
