Famous Bollywood filmmaker Hansal Mehta often talks about his 2017 film ‘Simran’. The film flopped badly at the box office. Kangana Ranaut played the lead role in the film. During this film, there have been some differences between Kangana Ranaut and Hansal Mehta, which came to the public with the growing time. Now Hansal Mehta has said in a tweet that this film is the biggest mistake of his life.

Hansal Mehta said in his tweet that he made a mistake by making Simran and he has learned from it. He even mentioned Arvind Kejriwal and Anna Hazare in his tweet. He wrote, ‘I supported him (Anna) with good thoughts. Later I also supported Arvind (Kejriwal). I don’t regret it. We all make mistakes. I made Simran.’

Even before this, Hansal Mehta made many allegations about the film. He said in an interview to the Huffington Post, ‘Many times I think I would not have made it. There was no need for it. It made me sad, it could have been a better film. It had the potential for a big and good film. . I don’t even want to think about it.’

Hansal Mehta further said, ‘After the release of the film, there came a time when I became mentally ill. It was a painful time. Every day. It is difficult to talk about it. The film has greatly affected my mental health. I took therapy. I was locked in my room like a prison and wanted to meet no one.’

Hansal Mehta said in the interview, ‘To be honest, I used to enjoy a lot with Kangana outside the set and have had good moments with her. We have eaten together. We used to party. Everything was fine. But on the set she was not in control. I was not happy in this situation. She used to do everything on the set herself and started directing other artists. I lost money. I was financially weak for about a year and a half till the court had to go through money and legal issues. It was very difficult.’
