DNC Group, which has forayed into hospitality sector to cater to rising variety of vacationers in India, is planning to have 12 properties by FY27.
While it would have 5 Star hotels in metros, the technique is to have boutique and price range hotels in cities of vacationer sights in India. The firm’s focused prospects base embody city elite, enterprise group, vacationers on pilgrimage, an announcement stated.
The goal is to have footprint throughout the nation with about 25 places both owned, leased and franchised beneath DNC model, the assertion added.
“We are eager to grow our business into the hospitality industry. We intend to develop properties with customer-focused efficiency for visitors from India and abroad. Sustainability and cutting-edge technology will be at the forefront,” stated D Naresh Chowdary, founder, DNC Hospitality and DNC (*12*) in an announcement.
DNC Group stated it deliberate to enter into hospitality sector to seize the alternatives within the fast-growing business. “As we are already in the core business of infrastructure, developing the new projects in hospitality sector will become a big plus,” it stated.
The plan is to make investments about ₹500 crore by means of debt and fairness and to clock a income of ₹500 crore in 5 years of operation.
